In our earlier post Windows Photo Gallery 2012 and Movie Maker 2012, we had provided the English language download links for Windows Essentials 2012. Now the Windows Essentials are available in language of your choice in 48 languages including in various Indian languages. 
Switch languages in Windows Essentials 2012 using Language Selector or LangSelector.exe
If you have already installed the English version, you can switch language of your choice from it. Actually in the earlier version, that is in Windows Live Essentials 2011, we had an option called 'Windows Live Language Settings' in the Control Panel. You can get more details on it in our earlier post on how to switch languages in Windows Live Essentials 2011.
This Control Panel option has been removed in the new Windows Essentials.
When we earlier used this option, it used to run a file called 'LangSelector.exe. This file is still there in the new English version. So all you need to do is search for this file LangSelector.exe from Windows 7 Start Menu or Windows 8 Start Screen, and run this file.
Once you run this file, from the drop-down menu, select the language from the menu and press OK. You will have to be connected to the Internet for the first time, for it to download the required language files.
Once the download is complete, restart Windows Essentials if required and you will find yourself in the international language you selected.
Please note in the Windows Essentials - Worldwide Downloads page shown on top, number of languages provided are 48. But while using the Language Selector, as shown above, the languages offered are more, so the chances are that some of the languages might not yet be available.
