Make Movies & TV App always download HD videos
Many of us will agree that it's a lot easier to watch a video than read a screen of text. This experience can be joyous if you have the HD viewing option available at hand. So, here's how to choose the HD Video mode in Movies & TV App of Windows 10, and make it download HD videos automatically.
To begin with, search for the Movies & TV app and when found, click open the app.
Next, chose the Settings icon residing at the bottom of the left flank to open the section.
There, on the Settings pane, three circles will be visible to you for your checking, under Download quality - HD, SD, and Ask Every time.
By default, the option is set to “Ask Every time” therefore, before buying a movie you will have to select SD or HD from the drop down menu, every time.
Since we are interested in downloading content in HD, check the cell for HD.
Now, whenever you decide to watch a movie purchased by you, it will be shown in HD mode.
