Microsoft has not provided any Office solution for iOS and Android, as well. iPad severely needs Office support. Microsoft is planning to launch Office Suite for iPad in the upcoming year, but till then users have to rely on third-party text editors or spreadsheet creators.

How to use Microsoft Office on iPhone, iPad, and Nexus

Step One: Download and Install CloudOn from the App Store or Google Play.

Step Two: Open CloudOn, and there will be a login screen. If you don't have an account, then create one.

Step Three: When logged-in, it will ask to select a storage provider. You can choose between Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, or SkyDrive.

I have connected all the four storage providers with my CloudOn account. It is not mandatory you can select anyone.

Step Four: The storage provider will ask for permission to link CloudOn, allow it.

Step Five: After logging-in with the storage provider, there will be a welcome screen, and you are ready to use CloudOn.

Step Six: Select your storage by tapping it. You can see some files (if there are any) in your storage drive.

Step Seven: Tap the CloudOn icon on the top-left corner to open the menu.

Step Eight: Tap 'New file'.

Step Nine: Choose between Excel Spreadsheet, Word Document, or PowerPoint Presentation.

Step Ten: Assign a name to the project and tap create.

Step Eleven: That's it. Use the document, spreadsheet, and slide the way you use it on the PC.
